Rachel brought me back to life! Rachel was a stranger prior to me entering this hospital. For some reason she was my nurse, I was her patient, and the rest is history. Throughout my detox, Rachel stayed by my side the entire time she was working. She held my hand, brushed my hair, and she sat next to me the entire time that I needed her. She was basically my mom. I don’t think I would be here on my journey without her. Rachel contacted my husband each night to discuss my progress. Rachel was able to help me remember life prior to my trauma. Rachel was able to help me regain some of my confidence. I believe my daughter put Rachel in my life. Without Rachel as my nurse, I don’t know if I would have the confidence to head to rehab to learn to be the wife, mother, and daughter I used to be.
