Rachel was my nurse when I was admitted to the hospital with extreme DVT and bilateral pulmonary embolism. At 54, it was my first time in the hospital. Rachel made me feel comfortable with her expertise and her delightful sense of humor. Her positive attitude was infectious and she and my family quickly bonded. She proved to be a reassuring example of excellence and care. There is no substitute for her boundless good cheer!
