Rachel, a Clinical Educator, keeps our campus updated on best practices, continuing education, and clinical competencies. She is always helpful, friendly, kind, and generous.
When I needed to educate our team on our communication and workflow structures, AIDET and SAFETY Rounds, Rachel assisted me by creating, describing, and scheduling the classes in Health Stream. Rachel consistently provided support whenever I called with questions or requested additions to the course. She managed attendance issues and answered many questions from team members, even on weekends, without ever telling me how much time she spent doing so.
Rachel's dedication to ensuring everyone is supported and well-informed has been, and continues to be, a tremendous asset to our team. Her ability to teach, communicate effectively, and provide clear instructions has not only eased individual challenges but has also fostered a collaborative atmosphere. Furthermore, Rachel's willingness to go the extra mile to assist each member has created a strong sense of unity and reliability within the clinical teams.
