July 2018 Honoree
rachel mohr, RN
I was in a bad car accident and Rachel was my nurse. When I came and first met her, she had a smile on her face. When I needed help, she would be there. She always made me smile. Before she would leave the room, she would ask if there was anything I needed to let her know. She could tell when I felt down or homesick, as she would always talk to me and cheer me up and always made sure I was comfortable. Even when she wasn't my nurse, she would stop in and see how I was doing. She made sure I stayed positive about my situation and always wished me luck before I went into surgery. She always made me feel like I was her number one priority.
Thank you, Rachel, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
