Rachel Nagel, RN

When my daughter and I landed in the ICU, we were completely broken. We had been through so much and were seven hours from home and our support system. Exhausted, beaten, and bruised. Rachel walked in and took over caring for both of us. Every day she went above and beyond what was necessary always making sure we were both comfortable. She helped my daughter bathe, which was a huge undertaking since she could barely get out of bed and needed to stay on oxygen. She found someone to braid her hair and she cried with us when we found out we could be transported to a hospital at home in Marietta. This amazing, empathetic, caring person will share a space in my heart forever. She started us on the road to healing and we will forever be grateful. Thank you.
