Rachel was extraordinary. Attentive, kind and caring. She represents this hospital well and is an asset. We can't say enough nice things about her. She is special! My husband had a right and left heart cath. The hospital did not have a bed available for him. We were with Rachel until about 7 pm when a room became available. She was so efficient with his recovery from the test, checking on him constantly and making certain he was fine.
