I had to be hospitalized for GBS. Rachel was a tremendous help with prior knowledge, skills, and abilities. She explained the meds I was on, and I appreciated it so much. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. When I requested assistance, she always came promptly. I am about to be discharged and wanted to let the staff know how much I appreciated their help. Even when she was very busy, she was calm and did not rush me. Thank you for hiring such competent staff! She deserves an award!
