With over twenty-seven (27) years in the service, COL Servito has cultivated a reputation as an empowering leader. She prioritizes the professional growth and well-being of her personnel, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. She introduced initiatives such as the implementation of the use of an Individual QR code for the Daily Time Record Monitoring of Nursing Service Personnel, the distribution of care packages to admitted NSO Personnel, implementation of Attendance Policy, Individual Counselling and Pre-Disciplinary Actions, Electronic Patient Satisfaction Survey and DAISY Award Nomination, conduct of ward case studies, research papers and Best Practices and the most recent LEAF Award for assistive health service personnel, which have led to measurable improvements in our unit.

Moreover, COL Servito is a champion for ethical standards and integrity in healthcare. She recently addressed a critical dilemma in our unit with poise and sensitivity. She carefully reviewed each perspective, ensuring every voice was heard, and ultimately recommended that she respected the rights while upholding the highest standard. Her commitment to ethical principles is evident in every decision she makes. Her unwavering integrity has earned her the trust as she continues to be a guiding example of moral courage.
