Rachel was aware of a toddler in the unit who was near death and went out of her way to assist her mom in taking end of life photos.
Rachel is a talented photographer. She phoned her husband to bring her photography equipment to the hospital. Rachel spoke to the mom in the meantime and discussed her wishes. Rachel took some beautiful poses of the family and their daughter. These pictures are a priceless memory made possible by Rachel’s generous heart.
This was a thoughtful act of compassion that was above and beyond her duties!
