Rachel Picou, RN

I was admitted on the 3rd Floor in December 2020. Rachel was the nurse in charge of my care. While they were all nice to me, Rachel just stood out because she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She even took it upon herself to get the new bed for me because she said I didn’t look comfortable. She always had a smile on her face and showed so much compassion toward me. She definitely made my stay a lot more comfortable. Keep up the good work Rachel. If I’m ever admitted on that floor again, I certainly hope you are my nurse again.
