Rachel is amazing! Very caring and thoughtful with everyone she encounters. I am a very difficult IV stick, she listened patiently and intently while I explained my issues and fears. She then talked with me - not at me - through the whole thing, gave me choices to watch or not, to have her count to 3 or not. Then it was a totally painless stick. I watched Rachel treat other patients in the room with me and she was just as wonderful with them. I also watched her work as part of the team in the center and was very impressed by her helpful and let’s get it done attitude. Always with a smile on her face. I feel quite blessed to have had Rachel take care of me this morning.
