When I came to the hospital, we didn't know what was going on with my health. I have been admitted to the hospital many times for heart issues. Rachel listened to my worries and explained a lot of things that I was unsure about. She made observations, communicated, and collaborated with my doctors. I'm starting to feel so much better while in her care.
At one point, I was having a panic attack and feeling very anxious. She knew just what to do to help me. I felt so cared for, respected, and advocated for. I have never had a nurse act in a more compassionate and dedicated manner than Rachel.
She is of great value to this hospital's staff. Thank you so much, Rachel!
