Rachel took the time to sit and talk with a family who was having difficulty coping with the symptoms of their loved one's diagnosis. She also periodically checked in to make sure they were comfortable. In addition, a physician also commended Rachel for insisting that one of her patients gets re-evaluated based on a new symptom she recognized. Rachel is a great nurse and advocate for all her patients and their family members.
