Rachel was extremely pleasant. She paid attention to detail, always had a smile on her face. She had extreme patience and took her time with me, and was gentle and extra caring. She was always punctual. I never had to call her because of pain. She just was here ready to go with my meds. She even checked in on me when I wasn't her patient. She was one of the best nurses I've ever had.

Rachel touched my heart just by listening to me. That might not seem like much but that's huge for me. She listened to anything I had to talk about: my pain, sickness, my depression, my happiness, my family. Everything! I don't have anyone to actually talk with and listen to me. I am sick a lot and that takes up a lot of my time; so not much time for friends. Family loves me but they get tired of me being sick. My ex-fiancé is a recent ex and I am not allowed to speak of him, but how do you get over something other than to talk about it? So these are the ways she helped me. She has a bright smile that also brightens your day. She takes her job seriously and you can tell that. You can also tell that she loves her job.
