Rachel was mentioned during a routine discharge call back to a patient. The patient noted that Rachel went above and beyond to care for her during her stay at the hospital. Rachel answered all of her questions and concerns and made sure she had everything that she needed while she was in the hospital. The patient noted that Rachel just stood out and she wanted to make sure she was recognized for doing such a great job caring for patients.
