I have had two other joint replacements. Both were treated at a different facility, and they were good, but they don't compare to St. Luke's. I have had nothing but the best patient care here, but I have to say that Rachel stood out the most because she is an exceptional nurse. I feel that she genuinely cares about her patients and she made my stay as comfortable as can be by going over and beyond for me. She worked well and was very sweet to the nursing student that was with her too.

Rachel is an asset to St. Luke's and should be used as an example or role model of how other nurses should treat their patients.
