My father was in hospice at Sakakawea Medical Center in Hazen, North Dakota and Rachel Sem was one of the nurses assigned to him. She treated him with dignity and respect on each occasion I got to see her interact with him. She fed him his dinner and conversed and joked with him the whole time. He always had a big smile for her. I really appreciate the way she took care of him.
