Rachel Servin, RN

Rachel deeply cares for and tries to understand her patients. I have not seen an RN advocate for her patients like she does. When some staff just see the behaviors of the patient, Rachel intentionally sees past the behavior to see the core of the patient. One patient here has problems at home, and she advocated for the patient to go somewhere where he would have the opportunity to overcome his problems instead of sending him somewhere where they would be defined by it. She truly cares about patients.
