Rachel Sim, RN

Rachel was my dad’s nurse for a day. She was so compassionate, efficient, and kind. He made a few messes which really embarrassed him, and she made him feel so much better. She was lovely to my mother and me as well. The next day, even though she was not assigned to him, she came by to check on him and show her support to my mom and me. She is a gem!!
