Rachel was hands down one of the best nurses thus far. She was professional, charismatic, and highly attentive. Not only was she here for me physically when I need her, but she was also here for mentally as well. I had something that happened to me physically when I was younger and I started getting really bad anxiety, and she calmed me down and let me know that what happened to me was not my fault. She embraced me, not just as a nurse but as a woman and a friend. She made me feel worthy at a time whereas though I felt I wasn't.
When you're in nursing school they teach you things that need to be taught. No one can teach how to be phenomenal, charismatic, or a human being. Rachel was outstanding because of the things she did out of the kindness of her heart. You guys are blessed to have a nurse like her, and I thank god I was blessed to have her as a nurse.
