Rachel Stave, BSN, RN
In the short time that I have been here, I have observed Rachel’s energy and enthusiasm for nursing and the passion she brings to the organization. She is always engaged and willing to help staff. She has been very helpful to me in my short time at Westover Hills. I was amazed at how she would work all day on the floor then go to the COVID-19 immunization clinic and work all evening with positive energy and spirit, week after week. She is frequently involved in educational opportunities either as an engaged participant or an enthusiastic provider, like during the MSTIC Quality/Safety Education Blitz. I have not worked with Rachel at the bedside, but I feel certain that she brings that same energy to her patients as well. Rachel is an asset to this organization.
