Rachel explained everything very well, and with a very positive and cheery delivery.
I ask a lot of questions and she was willing to take the time to answer or get the answers. She made me feel comfortable and also my mom and sister (they were in the room the whole time too).
Rachel had a little "bloody" incident with my IV, but she was always alert to how I was doing and if I was in any pain. I got a bloody nose at the same time as the IV issue and she quickly handled it.
I liked how even though the technical part of the IV didn't go well (I wasn't in any pain) she was willing to have someone double check it (especially with my bloody nose distraction). She put my care first.
She made my "adventure" of surgery as pleasant as it could be. Just a great time, as much as it could be, and Rachel really helped my experience a lot. She has a great personality toward patients and my mom and sister agreed!
