Rachel Thormodson, RN

We found out that overnight, Rachel brought in a portable wash basin and washed Mom's hair. She had a terrible fall and had blood in her hair. She had a severe brain bleed and is unresponsive. She is going to die after her organ recipients can be arranged. It could have been easy for staff to not care about her hair, but it meant the world to us and my mom that Rachel thought to wash her hair with nice shampoo and conditioner. Mom was faithful about getting her hair done every 5 weeks by her beloved hair stylist and she never left the house without having her hair styled. She would be watching us to express her gratitude to Rachel for orchestrating this. She would be internally grateful, you are blessing. She would leave the house with a trash bag on her head to keep her hair perfect if it was windy as raining.
