My Dad and I were so blessed to have Rachel care for him. Rachel was so caring and patient with my Dad who is very hard of hearing. She was the perfect personality to interact and answer tons of questions from my Dad and all my family. She responds quickly even though I know she had many patients to take care of and she was never in a rush! Rachel checked on Dad frequently but was quiet as a mouse if he was napping. When Dad was moved to a different room she rewrote all the notes and cell phone numbers on the white board. She even made the hearts and flower designs too. Rachel definitely stands out as a nurse who provides exceptional care. She is definitely a "keeper" for Metro to retain. Thank you, we appreciate having Rachel each day!
