My father was brought into the hospital. He’s got a lot going on medically, and we were unsure about everything. Rachel took the time to comfort me and have a real conversation about everything. After hours of being there with my dad and speaking with Rachel, I felt comfortable leaving for the night with my dad in great hands. She was extraordinarily helpful, reassuring, and extremely empathetic to our situation. I have never met such a friendly, compassionate, and highly professional nurse. What a great asset!
