Rachel made sure to talk to my mom while she cared for her even though I don't think mom could hear her. The connection and bedside manners show me she loves her job and truly cares about the people she helps.

I am a relative of a patient who has been in the ICU Unit and I visited their room several times. I noticed something exceptional in Ms. Vazquez. Amid all the urgency, stress, and frustration with patients, doctors, and visitors, whenever we ask for any update about the patient, with her God-given natural smile, she answers enthusiastically. Her communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism are outstanding. I have noticed on various occasions Ms. Rachel's explicit enthusiasm, dedication, hard work, caring, and loving empathy, towards her patients and their family/friends. She truly is an angel.
