Rachel Wein was a very caring and very attentive nurse. She showed lots of attention to me as her patient. She was hardworking and always seeking to ensure that her patients receive the best care. A big shout out to her; she made me feel very comfortable in her care.

Rachel is so amazing. In the midst of the crazy, she is a Godsend! She is very aware of her surroundings and the needs of the patients and their caregivers. I was looking a little lost and looking for some help. She was all over that in less than 2 seconds! I felt welcomed and supported. You don’t get that anywhere, especially not in an ED. If I have to choose any of the area hospitals, It will always be Mercy. Thank you for hiring the best; Rachel's a keeper.
