Rachel is such an excellent nurse. She is such a calming presence on the floor for both other nurses and her patients. When she is in charge, she remains stress-free (or seems to!) and is always willing to help out, even before being asked.

Rachel has had several patients with whom she has built really special relationships. She always goes above and beyond to provide excellent patient care.

Rachel is a wonderful person to work with, and she is very deserving of this award!
