From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, caring and professional. She put my mother at ease right away. She made coming to the hospital an excellent experience. No one wants to go to the hospital but a nurse like Rachel helps take away the worry and apprehension. My mother left for her surgery with a smile on her face. God bless special nurses like Rachel.
