Rachel Willinger, RN
Absolutely amazing. Eased any anxiety. Answered all questions. Very attentive. I had a unique situation where I had to teach a college course, from my hospital bed. She went out of her way to do all she could to make sure I had everything I needed so I could teach the course from my hospital bed.
Today I have to preside over a court hearing that cannot be changed. Rachel arranged for me to be moved to a private room, with a high back chair and neutral background for the Zoom court hearing, to make it appear, as reasonably as possible, that I was in a courtroom. In addition, she made sure someone could get me my judicial robe, button-down shirt and tie in time for the hearing. Rachel said this is probably the first time at Christiana that a judge heard a case while still in a hospital room as the patient.
While the entire staff has been great, Rachel has truly been special and has made this hospital stay comforting and most accommodating. Rachel is a noteworthy asset to ChristianaCare and I am not hesitating to acknowledge and thank her.
