Rachel Wineski's caring attitude meant everything to me. She was so compassionate and caring with my daughter. She had such a way of making a stressful situation calming. At a time when my daughter and I were experiencing anxiety, fear, and vulnerability, Rachel demonstrated compassionate professionalism with a sense of humor and a constant positive attitude that put us at total ease. Rachel made the whole situation more bearable just with her presence. She kept my daughter smiling and made her feel as if she was the most important patient in the Emergency Room.

Rachel quickly turned a long and exhausting morning into a comfortable and reassuring one. NHS is blessed to have Rachel as one of their nurses. I know that whoever is fortunate enough to work with her or to have her as their nurse will undoubtedly be left with a positive impression. Rachel is a prime example of what a nurse should be like. She deserves all the recognition for being an exceptional nurse. I truly believe that every patient deserves a nurse like her.
