Rachel is hands down the best nurse I have come into contact with.
Rachel was everything including extraordinary. I came into the hospital to have a D&C as I found out the week prior during an ultrasound that my baby's heart stopped beating. This was a very sad and traumatic experience for my husband and me. Rachel shared experiences she had about her personal life with me without belittling my experience. She was supportive, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful during this very difficult time for us. She went out of her way to let me know I was not alone and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Rachel is hands down the best nurse I have come into contact with. She took so much time sitting with us, sharing with us, and making sure all of our questions were answered; I felt like I was her one and only priority when she was in the room with me. I will definitely never forget her as she made this horrible day just a little bit easier to get through. Thank you so much Rachel; I really appreciate you.
