My roommate was upset that things weren't happening quickly enough for him and he was going to walk out. Rachela came in and talked him out of it - just like that! I could tell that she really cared about him; getting him exactly what he needed before he left (he is diabetic). He ended up waiting at least another hour and received all the information necessary to help him stay well. Rachela is akin to a modern day Florence Nightingale!

Rachela was very nice and she made my husband feel good about being in the hospital (which never happens!). She also made sure he was very comfortable. Rachela is friendly and respectful and showed that she really loves her job! Thank you so much Rachela, you are the Best.
