Wow! Wow! Wow! Is how we feel about Rachele Kindschi!
N had knee replacement surgery. We never had been at Allen for any services before this. Rachele was always very pleasant and helpful. She did all she could to make you comfortable. We felt like we were her guests somewhere special.
Rachele was very professional in her care, explaining everything she was doing. She also was pleasant to her co-workers; always responding to their pages for assistance in a pleasant way. The positive morale was so obvious among all the help.
N has been a patient at Mayo Clinic, Ames, U of I hospitals and has found Allen to be the best. Rachele was the main reason for this. We were confident in the care she gave us.
