Rachele Santos, RN

They were among the worst days of my husband's and my life. We were scared of what could be happening to our 21-week-old baby. Rachele was truly a blessing during those dark days. Instead of treating us like a patient we were treated like a family. You could just feel she actually cares about us and our son. Rachele came into our room at the start of her shift, not to ask for more bloodwork, but to see our son and cry with us. My husband and I never felt like just a job when Rachele was with us.

Rachele was the nurse we needed at such a dark time we can not thank her enough for the compassion, understanding, time, attention, and help she provided to us. Honestly even just writing this will never be enough to explain/share our gratitude for everything Rachele had done for us. Again, thank you so much Rachele for making us feel like family to you. Thank you for seeing our pain and doing anything/everything in your power to comfort us. Thank you for caring so deeply for our son. We will never forget your kindness, warmth, understanding, effort, and compassion. The medical industry is absolutely blessed to have you. Any patient who has you as their nurse is also very blessed. You were the exact nurse our souls needed during those two days.
