I would like to thank my manager and share my story of why she is so special. I feel like she doesn't get thanked enough for everything she does for us, as well as both units 7 West and 8 East. Managing two units can be overwhelming sometimes but the way she handles pressure at work is stunning. Ra'Chell is a very strong, dependable, understanding lady when it comes to the unit and her associates. She tries her best to make everyone happy as well as making sure everyone does their job. Ra'Chell is a very good manager and I just wanted to be one of the many to let you know that you are appreciated and that 7 West and 8 East is lucky to have you as our manager.
