As we all know it’s never fun being admitted to a hospital, but by the grace of god had an amazing nurse take care of us. Staying there for 2 nights, Rachell was an amazing caretaker, very sweet, and very knowledgeable. When you are sick and you have a nurse that really cares, you feel protected, and it helps you feel a lot better. She is an angel.

All of my nurses were very very good, but Rachell was the best nurse I have ever had. She took wonderful care of me in every way. “You” are blessed to have her as a nurse at JFK. Thank you for giving me such excellent care.

I was very impressed with the very compassion that Rachell displayed while in her care. Her tone of voice and kindness helped in my healing process. I had to ring the bell for her assistance many times. Rachell’s attitude, smile, and quick response was a blessing. She did everything with excellence and passion. She would ask what she could do to assist me when she saw that I was hesitant. Rachell exhibited the highest level of customer care.
