I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Rachelle for the exceptional care she gave our son during his stay at the hospital. She was always kind, smiling, and calm. She treated our child with so much love and tenderness, as if he were her own. We truly felt her compassion in every small detail.

She was very careful to stay quiet and gentle, especially while he was sleeping. She gave his medications softly and made sure not to make loud noises in the room. As a mother, that meant so much to me because I could see how exhausted and unwell my child was and how difficult it was for him to fall asleep. Her thoughtfulness in protecting his rest touched my heart deeply.

Rachelle, what makes your kindness remarkable is that all of this happened during a time of security pressure, with moments of fear and missile attacks. Despite the fear and stress around us, you contained our anxiety as parents and created a sense of calm and safety. You made our child's hospital experience gentle and comforting, even during his illness and in such difficult circumstances.
