Rachelle was an exceptional nurse and support for my grandpa. She went above and beyond to ensure he was not only getting the proper care but was comfortable. She was efficient while making it seem as if he was her main priority. She had a keen sense of detail. After hearing my grandpa talk about Wheel of Fortune, she took a minute to engage and this thoughtful gesture allowed him to not just feel like a patient.
In addition to being thoughtful, she was informative in reminding him about his breathing exercises, encouraging him to do them. She has a unique ability to strike the perfect tone.
