April 2026 Honoree
Rachelle Mae D. Rabadon, BSN
I would like to sincerely commend Ms. Rachelle for her exceptional leadership and guidance during my mother's stay.
My mother has a history of stroke and diabetes, and we had just been readmitted due to a possible second stroke, which was thankfully ruled out and later considered a possible seizure.
During such a stressful and uncertain time, Ms. Rachelle's calm presence, professionalism, and empathy brought reassurance and comfort to our family. She led with grace and compassion, creating an environment where the nurses could provide patient, gentle, and coordinated care.
Her leadership reflected not only competence but also genuine care and integrity.
We are truly grateful for the meaningful impact she made on our experience and for the support she extended to both my mother and our family.
