I've worked with Rachelle for about 11 years and have seen what a caring and compassionate nurse she is. She's got all the qualities you need for the job.

There was an incident that happened a couple months ago with a patient and Rachelle. We admitted a patient that had no family with her and very little clothing. So it was no surprise that the next day Rachelle came to work with a large bag of clothing. She had jogging outfits, shirts, sweatshirts, and socks. Our new patient was so excited and very grateful.

On weekends, Rachelle makes sure that all of our patients get showers as some come to us and haven't had a shower or bath in weeks. Also our patients have to do their exercises and walk through hallways so that they are ready on Monday and not stiff. Rachelle is very good and makes sure that they get this done. Rachelle is very good at what she does. She can multi-task great, even helps me out every time we work together.
