My mother-in-law had major surgery to remove cancer in her stomach. While she has been receiving excellent care in your hospital, Rachelle went above and beyond each day. She prepared us for how my mother-in-law was doing before we had a chance to see her. Rachelle was extremely compassionate when we asked questions and assured us that my mother-in-law's condition was slowly improving. She also provided some humor to the situation...which we definitely needed and appreciated! She was attentive but also allowed us alone time with my mother-in-law.
