Rachelle Sanders took the time to explain the procedure that my sister was to undergo. She showed professionalism, caring and compassion to my sister. Because she was so knowledgeable it lessened the anxiety that my niece and I had regarding the procedure. I feel quite satisfied that my sister will be well taken care of since I cannot stay the night.
