Racquel was my nurse while in Holy Cross Hospital. Not only was Racquel consistently professional, but she maintained an attitude of compassion, patience and understanding. Add to that an unflappable cheeriness and I would have to say, Racquel was everything a nurse should be! She made my stay so much less stressful than it could have been.
What a pleasure to see someone doing the job with a smile! Even with my challenging roommate, Racquel remained professional and pleasant. Being confined to hospital bed is never a fun situation, but a nurse like Racquel is definitely a ray of sunshine!!
