Rae would rate a '10" on the level of 1-10 in regards to her gentle care and respect. She always provided answers completely and responsively. She demonstrated a high level of teamwork regarding her interactions with her team of staff. She was readily attentive to me but also responsive to other patients and staff who requested her help. She was so ready, willing, and able to perform both difficult and small tasks with willingness and compassion. At the end of every shift, she had made many steps, given many smiles with a genuine of pride in CRMC and her patient care.
Rae consistently demonstrated professional attentiveness to my loved one. She was gentle, responsive, and able to answer our questions and concerns. She made us feel confident of CRMC ICU's ability to provide excellent care. She was quick to notice my loved one's signs and symptoms and responded effectively and efficiently.
