Rafael goes above and beyond in every aspect. He educates the parents and makes them feel comfortable and confident. He taught us super important tips like paying attention to the baby rather than the monitor, which has helped us notice twice when our baby needed more blood. He gave us knowledge and courage to speak up and make sure our baby is being properly taken care of. We love Rafael on a personal level but could never thank him enough for the way he has taken such great care of our baby boy. He truly is amazing at what he does and the level of compassion he gives to not only the babies but also the parents. We wish we could have him all day every day. Thank you so much.
