The A/C in our room was not working. My husband was recuperating from hip/femur break surgery. When Rafael came on duty and was assigned to my husband’s care, I explained that the A/C was not working and the overall condition of the room was not good. Rafael (immediately!) recommended a move to another room. He requested it be cleaned and prepared for us to move without any delay and it was such a big relief. My husband was able to sleep and rest in the new room. Rafael took care of my husband on that night very thoroughly and gave him pain meds that were effective for the excruciating pain he was in. We were thankful for his kind and helpful manner as my husband’s nurse that night.
