Rafaha took a leap of faith when he left his previous agency to join Stability, and what an incredible journey it’s been since! He has now completed five contracts with us and is preparing to start his sixth — a true testament to his dedication and professionalism.

From day one, Rafaha has been the definition of easygoing, loyal, and kind. No matter the situation, he handles everything with grace and positivity. Traveling with his wife and kids is no small feat, yet he manages it effortlessly — always showing up with a positive attitude and never letting challenges dampen his spirit.

He has been offered extensions at every facility he’s worked with, which speaks volumes about the value he brings as a traveler and as a person. His assignment evaluations consistently exceed expectations in key areas such as reliability, teamwork, positive attitude, and punctuality.

It’s been an absolute joy to work alongside Rafaha and to witness the positive impact he has on every team he joins. We’re so grateful for his continued partnership and excited to support him and his family as they embark on the next chapter of their travel nursing journey down south!
