I interacted with Rahma numerous times over the last year during two separate pregnancies. She was very attentive, caring, and compassionate during a very difficult time for my husband and me. She guided us through various processes and was understanding and non-judgmental about a difficult topic/decision we had to make. We interacted again during a 2nd pregnancy, and she was just as helpful as the first time, speaking with medical staff and sorting out appointments to accommodate me, even when they were outside her unit. She remembers my husband and I by name and always stops by to check on me and offer help even if I’m outside of her unit. She is calm and understanding, which is a huge benefit in units like high-risk pregnancy and fetal medicine, where women need support most.
