Raidy is the meaning of Nurse of Excellence!! I was admitted to HMC at the change of shift, Raidy greeted me warmly and made sure I had all the necessary supplies.

When I was informed that I would need surgery at 10:00 at night, Raidy was there to help me get ready. She explained thoroughly the procedure I was having done. She noticed that I was nervous, she sat down with me immediately and reassured me that everything would be alright. Raidy sat with me until I felt better. This act of kindness really touched my heart and at this moment, I knew I was in good hands.

Raidy was by my room door when I returned and was very attentive. I never had to call Raidy, she was always there, bringing me ice water, and meds in a timely manner, and just checking on me. She made me feel like royalty, then I found out she didn't have a C.N.A. to help her, she had to take care of all of her patients by herself. Raidy never seemed overwhelmed, she was always on time, informative, and made me feel special. This is what a Nurse of Excellence represents, Thank you Raidy.
